One of the great things about my job is the opportunity to interact with some of the great thinkers in the field of design. Certainly, Lou Carbone, Founder and Chief Experience Offer of Experience Engineering is one of the people I’ve really valued getting to know and interacting with (his book, Clued In, is also really wonderful.
